Avalon RSL has ample parking just out the front of the training hall.
A t-shirt and shorts are fine, and track pants if its cold. Sneakers or socks for foot wear, and its advisable to bring a towel and something cool to drink.
There are both men’s & women’s toilet’s / change rooms with safe areas to store your belongings.
Payment via direct deposit (via prior arrangement) and cash on the day are both ok.
